Zde je "ochutnávka" školení - jak může téma vypadat ve Vaší firmě - příběh inspirovaný reálným firemním kurzem.

Why SPC Is About More Than Just Statistics 📊🤔
Recently, I attended a training on Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability, led by Ing. Michal Bohuš, Ph.D. 👩🏼‍🎓🧑‍🏫
What I appreciated most was that the training connected SPC with real quality and manufacturing decisions, not just statistics and control charts. 🏭✖️📊

One message particularly resonated with me:
What is neglected during development is often difficult – and expensive – to fix in serial production. 🧪🔬😏💲
Building process stability and meaningful controls early in development can prevent costly firefighting later on. The earlier potential risks are identified and addressed, the smoother the transition into production becomes.

Another valuable takeaway was the importance of balancing quality with production realities.🔍
More inspection is not automatically better. If controls become excessive, they can negatively impact production flow and delivery performance. The goal is not maximum inspection-it is meaningful control that supports both quality and manufacturing performance.🤔

This perspective really stood out to me. Quality and production are sometimes viewed as opposing forces, but in reality, they are partners working toward the same goal. Neither can succeed without the other.🔍🫱🏻‍🫲🏽🏭
As someone who will be focusing more on quality-related activities in the near future, I found these insights particularly valuable. 😊 They reinforced the importance of building quality into the process from the very beginning rather than trying to inspect it into the product later.

Thank you to Ing. Michal Bohuš, Ph.D. for an insightful training session and for sharing practical examples that connected statistical tools with everyday manufacturing challenges. 👍🏻🙂 I'm looking forward to applying these principles in development and quality-related work going forward. 😏👩🏼‍🎓
